Delivery Time

MEEMA products love to travel fast as possibleOnce you place your order, we'll give you an estimated delivery date. Then, within 1-3 days, you’ll receive a second email with your tracking information and you should receive your order within 5 business days inside the US (please note we don't ship on weekends or holidays, though).

Remember that delivery times are subject to the acceptance and approval of your order. All orders are always subject to product availability. If an item is not in MEEMA stock at the time you place your order, we will notify you and refund you the total amount of your order, using the original method of payment.

Shipping Costs

Shipping is FREE for orders over $50 within the continental US. For orders under $50, the shipping fee is $12.

For our international customers, here's the lowdown on shipping fees:

- Canada: $17

- Mexico: $20

- Europe: $30

- Rest of the world: $40

Where is my package?

To check the status of your package, please refer to your shipment confirmation email. This email should contain a link or tracking number that will help you keep track of your package.

Damaged Items in Transport 

At MEEMA, we take great care to ensure that your order arrives as beautiful as it is. However, we understand that things can happen during transit that are beyond our control. If you have received a damaged product, please contact us immediately at help@meema.co. We will do everything in our power to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Do you accept Returns or Exchanges?

We love to see our customers happy with MEEMA products, so if you want to return or exchange your purchase, no matter the reason, we’re here to help.

We offer free returns and exchanges within 30 days of purchase, as long as the items are in new condition with tags attached and in their original packaging. Please keep in mind that we cannot accept returns for items that show signs of wear or use, unless there are quality issues related to normal use.
