Shipping and Ordering
Everything you need to know about how your order gets to you
Once you place your order, we'll give you an estimated delivery date.Then, within 1-3 days, you’ll receive a second email with your tracking information and you should receive your order within 5 business days inside the US (please note we don't ship on weekends or holidays, though).
For U.S. orders, you can expect your package in about 3–7 business days after it ships. International orders may take a bit longer depending on where you are and local customs.
Remember that delivery times are subject to the acceptance and approval of your order. All orders are always subject to product availability. If an item is not in MEEMA stock at the time you place your order, we will notify you and refund you the total amount of your order, using the original method of payment.
Shipping is FREE for orders over $75 within the continental US. For orders under $75, the shipping fee is $12.
Yes, we are happy to say that we offer worldwide shipping*.

As long as your order hasn’t shipped yet, yes. Once it ships, we’re not able to make changes or intercept the package — but no worries, we offer free returns and exchanges. If you need to make a change, email us at help@meema.co as soon as possible.
We hope that never happens, but if it does, send us a photo and your order info at help@meema.co. We’ll make it right.
Returns & Exchanges
Because we want you to love your MEEMA
We want you to love your MEEMA products. If for any reason you don’t, we offer free returns and exchanges within 30 days of purchase. Items must be unused, unwashed, with tags still on, and in their original packaging.
(If a product shows signs of wear or use, we can’t accept it unless there’s a quality issue.)
Just email us at help@meema.co and we’ll walk you through it — nice and easy.
Once we receive your return at our warehouse, our team will inspect it to make sure everything’s in order. This usually takes up to 10 days after delivery. As soon as we complete the inspection, we’ll process your refund right away and send you a confirmation email. After that, please allow up to 48 hours for the refund to reflect on your original payment method.
Yes! Exchanges are just as easy as returns — reach out and we’ll get you taken care of.
We wouldn’t want you to keep a MEEMA gift if it’s not quite right! Just email us at help@meema.co and we’ll send you a prepaid shipping label. Once we receive the item, we’ll issue you a gift card for the full amount of the returned item(s), so you can pick out something you love.

How payment works behind the scenes
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Discover), plus PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay, and Venmo.
Your payment is processed as soon as you place your order.
This doesn’t happen often, but if an item becomes unavailable after you’ve placed your order, we’ll let you know right away and issue a full refund.
Once processed, please allow up to 48 hours for the refund to be reflected on your original payment method.
Product care
Keeping your MEEMA products beautiful for years
Super simple — just treat them with love:
- Machine wash cold with like colors.
- Tumble dry low or air dry.
- Skip the bleach and harsh detergents.
- If you want them looking extra neat, feel free to iron or lightly steam.
With a little care, your MEEMA pieces will stay beautifulfor years to come.
Natural cotton may shrink a little after the first wash — that’s totally normal. Just be sure to follow the care instructions (and avoid hot water!) to keep them looking and feeling great for years.
If you ever notice more shrinkage than expected, just email us at help@meema.co — we’ll make things right.
