I think this is a brilliant apron in that it feels great, looks great, and is super durable! I'm really pleased with it in terms of product quality and performance. Unfortunately, however, I think is waaay too steep for this. You're paying a massive premium because this has been "upcycled". Like many other "eco" products out there, it's far more expensive than a normal disposable product. So what's the problem then? If you're trying to sell an apron to a barista, then it's important to know your target audience. Baristas don't earn very much and many are struggling to get by. I really doubt many of them will choose a apron over a one just because the one is "eco".If you own a hipster cafe, market everything as "eco" and vegan etc, then it would make sense for you to want to kit out your baristas with these aprons to continue with your theme. For the average barista and home consumer, however, I just don't think it's worth paying for.
