1. Brand Ownership
Meema is the exclusive owner of the Meema® brand and all associated trademarks, trade dress, and intellectual property registered under U.S. Trademark #87823763. All rights reserved.
2. Authorization Requirement
Only Meema and its explicitly authorized resellers may list, sell, or distribute Meema® branded products on Amazon.com or any other e-commerce platform, online marketplace, or retail channel.
Authorization must be granted in writing and signed by an authorized representative of Meema prior to any listing or sale activity.
3. Prohibited Conduct
The following activities are strictly prohibited without prior written authorization:
- Listing Meema® products on any online marketplace, including but not limited to Amazon, eBay, Walmart Marketplace, Etsy, Faire and Mercado Libre
- Reselling products obtained through retail stores, wholesale distributors, or any other unauthorized channel
- Altering, removing, or obscuring any product labels, quality seals, batch codes, or packaging components
- Listing or selling products that do not meet Meema's product integrity standards as described in Section 4
4. Product Integrity Requirements
All authorized resellers must ensure that:
- Products are sold with original packaging intact and undamaged
- Products have a minimum of 90 days remaining before the best-by date at the time of shipment to the end customer
- Products are stored and shipped under conditions consistent with applicable food safety standards
- No product repackaging, relabeling, or alteration is performed at any point in the resale process
5. Enforcement
Meema actively monitors all major marketplaces for unauthorized listings and product condition violations. Any seller found in violation of this policy will be subject to:
- Formal complaints filed with Amazon Brand Registry and Seller Performance
- Cease & Desist notices issued under U.S. trademark law
- Civil legal action for trademark infringement and unfair competition
- Reporting to relevant consumer protection authorities as applicable

Unauthorized use of the Meema® trademark or sale of our products without written authorization constitutes trademark infringement and will be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law.
