Product description states that there will be some shrinkage during laundering due to cotton makeup. I laundered all but one to show what the shrinkage looks like. It’s honestly not that bad. There is some wrinkling but not as bad as I expected. There is some minor warping of the binding but it stretched with some pulling back into shape. I’m unlikely to iron these as I kind of like the rustic look of the woven, unbleached cotton.

These placemats bring a nice pop to your dining room. Each is the same size, and they are allegedly recycled from jeans and cotton. The texture is a looser weave, and these feel easy to throw in the washer to remove any stains. They ironed well to become flat after being creased by the package.Color is a nice off-white (at least the model I chose). I think this is a nice offering.
